Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound
Educational goal: My
educational goals are to get my GPA up to a 3.75 or higher before the end of
the school year, this was my GPA before sophomore year.
Personal goals: I do want to be able to sketch a good picture
of the human body, in 10 minutes or less, regardless of the pose or the outfit
and it still look like a good picture that will get compliments before 2017
July.
Professional goal: I want to get a regular entry level job
before I graduate school in May of 2016 so I can develop my work ethic and
experience.

This is a good start to your 2016. These are definitely SMART goals that can challenge you. As you progress, break each goal into smaller parts to track your progress as you work on them.
